Alice J. Ballowe born January 2, 1920 went to be with the Lord on August 22, 2013 at the age of 93. She is preceded in death by her husband John Gregg Ballowe and her parents William Johnson and Essie Tegert Johnson. She is survived by her sons Leigh Ballowe and his spouse Annie, and John Gregg Ballowe Jr. and his spouse Angie, grandchildren, Lachel, and Donald, great granddaughter, Zoe, nieces Ghrea Dawn, Sue, and Yvonne. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. The family would like to express their appreciation to the doctors and staff at Normandy Terrace for their love and compassion. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Salvation Army on behalf of Alice J. Ballowe.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 26, 2013 at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South from 5PM to 9PM. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church the family will depart the funeral home at 9:30AM for a 10AM, Funeral Service.
