Early Life: Lorene was born May 17, 1926, in Chandler, Arizona, to Joseph William and Delpha Lundquist Johnson.
Life’s Work | Service | Interests: She married John Barker in 1948 and they were later divorced. She married Karl Ellsworth in 1968. An active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Lorene loved the gospel and was always involved in temple and missionary work. She was a wonderful mother, wife, sister, grandmother and friend. Lorene was known for her beautiful crafts, wonderful home decor and great meals. She loved to garden and was often found in her beautiful gardens in the spring. Lorene Johnson Barker Ellsworth passed from this life March 7, 2015. She was 88.
Family Message: "...Lorene finished her time here on earth to return to more heavenly things."
Survived By: Four sons: Steve, Rick (Karen), Robert, Wayne (Ruth) Barker; four stepchildren: Kenneth (Jearldene), Lynn (Diane) Ellsworth, Janice (Fred) Larsen, Launa (Geary) Newell; 23 grandchildren; 62 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Harold (Martha) Johnson.
Preceded In Death By: Her husband, Karl; her parents; brothers: Ellis, Forrell, and Loren Johnson; and a sister, Eula Walker.
