STAPLETON, Ga. -- Mrs. Mary Holley Terry, 85, of 2538 Holley Road, died Sunday, June 5, 1994.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at James and Lowe Funeral Home, Wrens, with the Revs. Curt Hampton and Jon Richards officiating. Burial will be in Mount Horeb Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Terry, a native of Wilkes County, was a homemaker. She was a member of Mount Horeb Baptist Church, where she was a member of Women's Missionary Union. She was also a member of Joy Sunday School Class and Women's Missionary Union at Reedy Creek Baptist Church, a member of the Friendship Homemakers, the Young At Heart Club and the Jefferson County Farm Bureau.
Survivors include her husband, Ernest P. Terry; seven daughters, Sarah H. Gay and Janette H. Perdue, both of Augusta, Annie Veleria H. Holley, Martinez, Gloria H. Jones, Louisville, Shirley H. Reese, Taylors, S.C., Sandra H. Norton, Hephzibah, and Jimmie T. Gay, North Augusta; five sons, Clarence W. Holley and Robert A. Holley, both of Wrens, David G. Holley, Harlem, J. Lamar Holley, Stapleton, and Tony J. Holley, Warrenton; three brothers, Reynolds Johnson, Augusta, and T.W. Johnson and Cecil Johnson,
both of Evans: two sisters, Helen Hensley, Evans, and Oneda Reeves, Savannah; 36 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be all other grandchildren.

Friends may call at the residence. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
