Albert was born on May 19, 1880 to John and Stena Bryntison. His parents immigrated to the United States from Sweden and settled on a farm in the Town of Garfield near Levis. Here he met Elvina, the daughter of Samuel and Lisa Person, who was born on June 18, 1886. Albert and Elvina were married on June 19, 1906. All of Elvina's family moved to Saskatchewan, Canada after Elvina's marriage to Albert.
Albert and Elvina were members of the Lebanon Lutheran Church in Levis and then the Price Church after fire destroyed the church in Levis.
Four children were born to this marriage. Lawrence (Esther), Grace (Orville Balliet), Robert (Lenore), and Lyman (Emmeline). They worked the farm until all their children were married and moved away. They were both involved in the school and church. Albert was a school board member for many years.
