ABERNATHY — Services for Winnie Earline Johnson, 81, of Abernathy will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Abernathy First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ron Kelley and the Rev. John Lowrie officiating.
Burial will be in Abernathy Cemetery under the direction of Abell Funeral Home of Abernathy.
She died Thursday, June 27, 2002.
She was born Feb. 11, 1921, in Memphis. She moved to Abernathy in 1955 and had lived in Hico and Hale Center. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Abernathy.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Edith Howard, in 1982.
Survivors include a son, Carl of Abernathy; a sister, Irene Loyd of Silverton; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
