Pearle "Pearlie" Florence Hitt was the dau of John S Hitt & Sarah E Jefferson. She was the first wife of George Washington Jett. They had four children: Alma, William, Clarence Lebus and Dorothy Marie. After the death of Pearlie, he married Mary Lucy McDowell in 1919 in Germantown and they had a daughter Agnes C.
