Raye M. Jernigan Davis-Bruckelmeyer born Nov. 29, 1928 in Jay, Florida. Died October 5, 2012.
Raye was preceded in death by her parents Marvin and Maggie Jernigan, her husband Newman K. Davis and Jay Bruckelmeyer.
Raye was in real estate business for eighteen year. After the death of her husband N.K. Davis, she joined the family in their furniture business for over twenty-five year.
Raye is survived by children Ronald "Rick" Davis, Jimmy (Glenda) Davis, Michael (Janet) Davis and Pam (John) Trubshaw. One brother Glen (Louise) Jernigan. Six Grandchildren Patricia Tenuto, Robert Davis, Christopher Davis, Jason Davis, Ryan Davis and Brittany Davis, and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday October 9, 2012 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel. Interment will follow in Bayview Memorial Park with the following serving as pallbearers, Robert Davis, Christopher Davis, Jason Davis, Ryan Davis, Felix Eligio and Paul Tenuto. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, October 8, 2012 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Condolences may be made to the family at www.bayviewfisher-pouchapel.com.
