Parowan- Renee Rowley Jensen passed away on March 22, 2006. She was born June 24, 1939, in Cedar City to Ronald F. And Pearl W. Rowley.

She married Lynn I. Jensen on August 10, 1963, in Parowan Utah. Marriage was solemnized in the St. George Temple on February 5, 2005. Renee was a very special person. She lived in Parowan until she graduated in 1957. After she was married she moved to Salt Lake City. She lived there for about 20 years. After she and Lynn retired they moved back to Parowan. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had a strong testimony. She was also a member of the daughters of Utah Pioneers, and was proud of her pioneer heritage. She was an avid reader, and liked embroidery.

She is survived by her husband Lynn I. Jensen, and four children, Lynnette Spinks, of St. George, Utah, Jeffrey Lynn (Jill) Jensen of Sandy, Utah, Pamela Peterson of Parowan, Utah, Ronald Cary of Cedar City, Utah, thirteen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She also is survived by five brothers, Thomas Herbert (Linda) Rowley of Orem, Utah, Larry W. (Rea Dawn) Rowley of Parowan, Utah, Currently serving an LDS Mission in Oaklahoma, Michael (Vana) Rowley of Parowan, Utah, Craig (Marsha) Rowley of Parowan, Utah, Norman (Denise) Rowley of Enoch, Utah, along with several aunts and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother Pearl W. Rowley and her father Ronald F. Rowley.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Parowan 1st Ward Chapel. Interment will be held in the Parowan Cemetery. Under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary. The family would like to thank the Iron Mission Dialysis and staff Center for taking good care of our wife, mother, grandmother, and sister for being our friends. We would like to also thank the Odyssey Hospice and Home health aid Lachelle Synder.
