Bertha C. Jensen, age 92, Edinburg, ND, died Wednesday, March 29, 2000, in the Park River Good Samaritan Nursing Center, Park River, ND.

Bertha Christina Sundvor was born June 8, 1907, the daughter of John and Tomine (Hommeland) Sundvor, in Edinburg, where she attended school. She married Leonard Jensen on Oct. 20, 1928. They owned and operated Jensen Funeral Home, Edinburg, from 1947 to 1972. She was a charter member of Sunnyside Homemakers Club.

She is survived by a daughter, Lenora (Arthur) Zastera, Bottineau, N.D.; sons, Gilbert (Judy) Jensen, Plymouth, MN and Leslie (Jackie) Jensen, Ankeny, IA; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Wynne Kreft and Sally (Ross) Grippi, both of San Francisco.

She was preceded in death by her parents, six sisters and two brothers.

Services: Saturday, April 1, 2000, in Trinity Lutheran Church, Edinburg.
Burial: Trinity Lutheran Cemetery, Edinburg.
