A resident of the community for 13 years, she was a member of the Dover Plains United Methodist Church.
Mrs Jennings was born June 24, 1902, in Butler, N.J. the daughter of Oscar C. and
Laura E. Miller Vanderhoof.
She was married to Wilbert Jennings, who died in 1960.
Mrs Jennings is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Robert T. Williams, with whom she
resided, and Mrs. Robert D. Adams of Mahopac; two sons, Donald R. Jennings of
Peekskill and Wilbert T. Jennings of Croton-on-Hudson; 17 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
Services were conducted March 11 at the Dover Plains United Methodist Church with
the Rev. Dons F. Arnold officiating. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Peekskill.
Memorial donations may be made to the Dutchess County Chapter of the American
Heart Association.
