Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Emory Sorenson of Miami, Fla.; three sons, George W., Talmadge and Thomas Jenkins, all of Brooklet; a half-brother, George Pelote of Statesboro; five half-sisters, Mrs. Mildred Parrish of West Palm Beach, Fla., Mrs. Ouida Morrison of Detroit, Mich., Mrs. Raye Bowman of Statesboro, Mrs. Sadie Smith of Atlanta and Mrs. Betty Gerald of Savannah; 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today at Brooklet First United Methodist Church with burial in the Brooklet City Cemetery. Barnes Funeral Home of Statesboro is in charge.
