Emilia B. "Millie" Hlinka (nee Janik), Age 84, a resident of Naperville since 1978, formerly of Chicago, IL, died Thursday, November 4, 2010 at Tabor Hills Healthcare Facility in Naperville after a brave battle against Alzheimer's Disease.
She was born September 14, 1926 in Chicago
Wife of Anthony C "Tony" Hlinka, whom she married September 7, 1957; mother of Hope (Dr. Dominic) Tolitano, Cynthia (Edward) Suraci and Jill (Timothy) O'Donnell; grandmother of Nicholas, Alexa, Michael, Juliana, John, Matthew and Alexander; daughter of the late Alexander and Julia Janik; sister of the late Anna, Helen, Julia, Josephine, Alexander, George, Frances and John.
Millie was an active member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Naperville.
Visitation Sunday, November 7, 3:00-8:00 P.M. at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St, Naperville. Services will begin Monday, November 8, 9:45 A.M. from the funeral home and will proceed to a 10:30 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 1500 Brookdale Rd., Naperville.
Interment: Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside, IL.
