Bessie "Betty" Taylor Jaggers, 73, died September 3, 2010, at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Desoto in Southaven after an extended illness.

She was born December 3, 1936, in Memphis to Marshall Taylor and Mary Kilpatrick Taylor.

She was married to Herman Jaggers, formerly of Pontotoc, in November of 1986, and they shared 24 happy years together.
In her earlier years, she worked as a Home Health Nurse and held a couple of other positions before retiring and becoming a Housewife.
She was a Baptist and enjoyed studying her Bible.
She loved her Special Puppy Dog, Wendy.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Baldwin-Nowell Funeral Home in Pontotoc with Bro. Fred Hartley officiating.
A Graveside Service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis.
Baldwin-Nowell Funeral Home of Pontotoc is in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by her Husband, Herman Jaggers of Nesbit; one Daughter, Debbie Johnson and Husband, Wilborn, of Gulf Breeze, AL; one Daughter In Llaw, Panela Hensley of Yacoma, WA.; one Stepson, Steve Jaggers of Blue Springs; three Sisters, Marlene Rich and Husband, Randy, of Millington, TN; Patricia McCurdy and Husband, Red, of Moscow, TN; and Charlene Pelton of Benton, AR; her Favorite Brother, William Mask and Wife, Sandy, of Pineville, LA; two Grandchildren, Jessie and Tony Jaggers; and a host of Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Parents; and her Son, Macky Hensley.

Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday at the Funeral Home.
