Esther attended and graduated from South Cache High School. She also attended and graduated from Utah State University. She taught Home Economics at Bear River High School and was advisor to the FHA; many valley people were her students. She also worked in Adult Education as a counselor and in Consumer Education.
Esther has served in many LDS church callings. She served as a missionary in the St. Louis, Missouri Mission; she also served as a temple worker in the Logan Temple.
They had three children: Garth, Sharon and Don L.
Esther Jackson Anderson passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, October 25, 2002, at her home in Bothwell. Esther was born July 3, 1922, in Avon, Utah, the daughter of Alma O. and Nomah Law Jackson. Esther married Clyde M. Anderson August 7, 1947, in the Logan LDS Temple.
