Services for Fannie Mildred Jackson, 72, Oak Grove, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Mount Olive Baptist Church, with the Rev. C.E. Bagwell officiating. Burial will follow in Cave Spring Cemetery.
Visitation began this afternoon at Gamble Funeral Home.
Jackson died at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday at her home.
A native of Montgomery County, Jackson was born March 9, 1924, daughter of the late Ed Leavelle and the late Kate Mabry-Leavelle. She was a homemaker and a member of Good Hope Baptist Church, Oak Grove.
Survivors include her husband, Melvin Jackson; a stepmother, Odessa Galbreath, Clarksville, Tenn.; four sons, Willie Duncan, Hopkinsville, Gary Jackson, Killeen, Texas, Reginald Jackson, Bowling Green, and Ronald Jackson, Clarksville, Tenn.; two daughters, Anjanette Jackson, Fort Benning, Ga., and Patricia Earthman, Pembroke; a brother, Louis Galbreath Jr., Inkster, Mich.; and 22 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
