No service will be held for Dorothy Mabel Baley, who died May 9, 1998, at age 78.
Mrs. Baley was born July 17, 1919, in Portland. Her maiden name was Jackson. She graduated from Roosevelt High School. She worked in the book department of J.K. Gill for many years and then owned Baley's Book and Brac antique store on Lombard Street. Her husband, Wilbur, died in 1990.
Survivors include her sister, Melva Wilson of San Diego.
Interment will be in River View Cemetery. Arrangements are by St. Johns/Lombard Little Chapel of the Chimes.
