Louise was the daughter of Dave Temple and Pearl Jones. She was educated in the Houston County School System. She was a Housewife. She was a member of Houston Mt Zion Baptist Church in Bonaire, Georgia where she sang in the Senior Choir and was a member of the Rising Star Society.
