Luena was the daughter of Romanzo T. Jackson and Frances Lee Bellas. She was married first on August 30, 1910 in Los Angeles Co., California to Elza E. Denny.
She married second by c1917 to William Hervey Bailey (1873-1940). They had one known child, a son, William Jackson Bailey who died as a young child (1918-1921). Luena either moved to or had a second residence in Cambria, California. Passinger records show she occasionally traveled offshore, having sailed to Hawaii and Europe.
Luena married third on April 27, 1964 in Clark Co., Nevada, Ned Harrison Leavitt.
