Death: Jan. 2, 1913

Although conventional wisdom might suggest that she was Artimissa Broyles, any documentation we have shows her to be Artie Missy Broyles. She was born in Rural Shade to Washington Ezekiel Ingram and Sarah Elizabeth Brown Ingram. Her marriage certificate reads that Mr. E. R Broyles married Miss Arta M Ingram at the home of her father, Washington Ingram, on December 26, 1876.

In 1910 she was living in "Becks Chapel" near the cemetery in which her husband was buried, and three of their five children were living with her. She died in 1913.
