FORT WORTH - Anna Mae Adams, 88, a retired Fort Worth school district employee, died Monday, Aug. 17, 1998, at a local nursing home.

Funeral: 4 p.m. Wednesday at Corley's Funeral Home. Burial: Oakwood Cemetery. Memorial service: was 6 p.m. Tuesday at West Freeway Church of Christ in Fort Worth.

Anna Mae Adams was born Anna Mae Ingram on Jan. 8, 1910, in San Angelo. She was raised in Corsicana and moved to Marshall after her marriage, finally moving to Fort Worth, where she spent her remaining years.

She was a member of Birdville Church of Christ.

Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lovell Adams, and a great-grandson, Stephen Wesley.

Survivors: Daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Royce Wesley, Janice and Dave Tobey and Jean and Sam Maddox, all of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Daniel Wesley, Lynrell Wesley, Marcella Wetsel, Jene Hunter, David Tobey Jr., Mike Maddox, Mark Maddox, Nicole Wright, Michelle Salzwedel and Mindy Rush; and 15 great-grandchildren.
