Mrs.Frank R.Cook 60 of 2327 plank road died on Saturday afternoon at 2o'clock at St.Joseph hospital.She had been ill for about a year and her condition had been serious for the past month.
A daughter of Ezra and Margaret Ingold. she was born in Luray MO. on April 29th 1880, but had been a resident of keokuk for the past 50 years. she was married here on September 25 1899 to Frank R. cook who survives . she is a member of keokuk Gospel center.
surviving besides her husband are two sons -Harvey cook of keokuk and Edman Cook of New York city. two daughters . Mrs. Albert Azinger of keokuk and Mrs.Clifford Hurd of Peoria Ill;four brothers:Frank ,George,Leo and Samual all of Peoria : one sister Mrs Wlliam mann of rock island ill and 11 grandchildren.she is proceeded in death by her parents one son one sister and one brother.
the body was removed to the Ryan Furneral Home where funeral services will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock with the rev A>A> Lueen officiating. Burial will be in Oakland cemetery
