MIDDLETON - Margaret M. Busch, age 100, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2006.
She was born on May 5, 1906, in Highland, the daughter of Charles and Frances (Wagner) Imhoff.
Margaret worked for Union Transfer and Storage, State of Wisconsin, and for the Middleton Police as a dispatcher.
She was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church, their Altar Society, the living rosary, and the 5-0 Club.
Margaret loved playing bridge, euchre, and other card games, but she especially enjoyed the time spent with her family.
She is survived by her children, Charles (Mary) Busch of Madison, and Robert (Ruth) Busch of Middleton; five grandchildren, Henry (Holly) Busch, Margaret (Joseph) Lipski, William (Jodi) Busch, Terri (Parker) Vivoda, and Tom Busch; a grandson-in-law, Vincent Noltner; a brother, Robert (Rita) Imhoff; three sisters, MaryJane (Charles) Messersmith, Elaine Nondorf, and Betty Rooney; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Busch, in May 1972; a granddaughter, Lynn Noltner, on May 2, 2000; a grandson, Michael Busch, on Sept. 12, 2002; a brother, Vern Imhoff; four sisters, Leone Reynolds, Dolly Conway, Lenore Fernan, and Catherine (infant sister); a sister-in-law; and several brothers-in-law.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. BERNARD'S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 7450 University Ave., Middleton, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9, 2006, with Monsignor Douglas Dushack presiding. Burial will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery.
