Funeral services for Mrs. C. W. Hall, 23, who died Thursday in a Tulsa hospital, will be held Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the First Baptist church with the pastor, the Rev. E. M. Pearson, bringing new message. The Tulsa Funeral home, assisted by the Atwood-Carinder Funeral home, will be in charge of the services. Services will also be held at 10 o'clock in the morning at the Tulsa Home Gardens Assembly of God church.
Lillie Bell Hall, was born in Caney, Kansas, March 21, 1918. She had been in failing health the past two years and was a patient for six weeks in Hillcrest Memorial hospital, where she passed away at midnight Wednesday night.
Following graduation from the Caney high school in 1936 she was employed as a stenographer for the Tipps Glass company.
On Nov. 2, 1937, Lillie Belle Ikerd was married at Sedan to Clarence W. Hall of Tulsa, where they established their home. To this union was born one daughter, Deanna Faye Hall, who also survives.
Other survivors are: her mother, Mrs. Lillie Ikerd; three sisters, Mrs. Oscar Price, Mrs. F. J. Hilliard, Mrs. Lee O'Neal; three brothers, Charles Ikerd of Ottumwa, Iowa, Harvey Ikerd of Russell and Frank Ikerd, and seven nephews and four nieces. Her father predeceased her in 1924.
Mrs. Hall was a loving wife and devoted mother, and has a host of friends who mourn her passing. She was a member of the First Baptist church, and also held membership in the A.O.U.W. lodge.
Interment will be in Sunnyside cemetery.
