On February 15, 1856, Ohio - Emma Jane was born to William and Katherine Hoppeson Hysell.
She married Rathburn Dodson on September 12, 1881 - Meigs County Marriage Records - Page 217 #657.
Census report states them as living with their two daughters, Mabel (1884) and Nellie (1887).
There were two records found on the death of Emma. One stated that she died on June 13th and the other one states January 13th. My original burial records stated Emma's death on January 13, 1927, and being buried on January 16th in Middleport Hill Cemetery, where she shares a gravestone with her husband. Ohio Death Records list her death as June. (Please keep in mind that many of the records from that time period were transcribed - and mistakes were made on many of the transcriptions).
