Services for Chad Allen Huxhold, 2, who was killed Sunday when he walked in front of a van which was pulling out of a service station on East Jackson Street at Delawanda Avenue, will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Meeks Mortuary. Rev. Elmer Sollenberger, pastor of the Northside Church of God, will officiate. Interment will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery.
Friends may call at the mortuary 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and prior to services Wednesday.
The child is survived by his father, Carl, and his mother, Phyllis; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Irettes (Joe) Riley, and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Huxhold, all of Muncie; great-grandparents, Mrs. Beatrice Stettler and Mrs. Leila Scott, both of Muncie, and Mrs. Flossie Huddleston, Kentucky.
