PONTOTOC – Frank Hutcheson, 81, died Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, at the Veterans Home in Oxford. He was born July 2, 1931, to Fred and Laura Hutcheson. He retired from the Air Force as a Tech Sergeant after 21 years. He was an air fueler on B52s in China, Vietnam, Korea and Germany. He loved fishing, camping, cars and being with family. He was a former commander of the American Legion Post and district commander and chaplain of the Pontotoc VFW and a lifetime member of the DAV. He was a member of Center Hill Baptist Church.

Services will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Brandon Murphree and Bro. Stark Aldridge officiating. Burial will follow in the Center Hill Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Billie McCraw Hutcheson of Pontotoc; a son, Chris Hutcheson (Mary Lise) of Pontotoc; grandchildren, Christopher Hutcheson (Kelly) of Pontotoc and Mallore Biffle (Trae) of Pontotoc; great-grandson, Daniel Hutcheson of Pontotoc; stepson, Billy Dale McCraw (Linda) of Victoria; stepgrandchildren, Travis McCraw (Ambra) of Oxford, Shelly Sanders of Victoria, Janet Henderson (Scott) of Whitefish, Mont.; and Chris Farris (Rachel) of Whitefish; step-great-grandchildren, Farris Henderson, Harry Henderson, Kate Farris, Caroline Farris, Serria Sanders and Jackson McCraw; and a sister, Inez Dendy.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Ruby Medders and Audry Thompson.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Lessel, Keith Herring, Jamie Culpepper, Ricky Reeder, Christopher Hutcheson and Tommy Dendy.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today and 1-2 p.m. Sunday.
