ROBBINS - Mrs. Blanche Hussey Caviness, 82, of 1563 George P. Road died Sunday morning, November 6, 2005.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Beulah Baptist Church with the Rev. Stacey Layne officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Caviness was a Moore County native, the widow of Claudie Leon Caviness and a retiree of Carolina Lace Co. She was a faithful member of Beulah Baptist Church and taught Sunday school classes for toddlers for 46 years. She also enjoyed quilting, growing flowers and preserving and canning.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law Peggy C. and Phillip Morgan of Winston; sons and daughters-in-laws, Glenn and Pamela Caviness of Chadburn and Richard L. and Pamela Caviness of Robbins; sisters, Louvene Seawell of Bennett, Cora Mullins of Robbins, Estelle Garner of Seagrove and Grace Jones of Apex; brothers, Johnny Hussey of Robbins and James Hussey of Trinity; grandchildren, John and David Morgan, James and Michael Caviness and Matthew and Stephen Caviness.

The family will be at Joyce-Brady Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening and other times at the residence on George P. Road, Robbins.
