Bridget was born in Ireland and had moved with her parents to England. No information on her parents has been found.
She and Patrick William Coyne were married in Selby, Yorkshire, England in 1868, shortly before he came to America. She followed in 1870 as stated on the 1910 census. I have not been able to find the ship she traveled on due to not knowing exactly when she actually arrived. The immigration column was left blank on the 1900 census.

The Vinita Daily Journal of 31 Oct 1921 carried the following obituary:
Mrs Coyne Passes Away
Bridget Hannah, wife of Patrick Coyne, died Sunday morning, October 30, 1921, at the family home 17 miles north and west of this city aged 78 years. Patrick Coyne and his family are pioneers in the section of country in which they lived from the time the country was first settled by white families.
Deceased is survived by her husband, sons, James, John, Patrick and Tom and two married daughters.
The funeral took place from the Catholic church in this city Monday at noon. Burial in Fairview cemetery.
