She was born August 3, 1924 in Louisville, IL to John & Stella (Pillman) Brown. She married Robert F. Koehler then later married Charles E. Humphreys who preceded her in death on September 30, 1994.
She previously worked for Spartan Manufacturing and had retired from the McClish, OK school district as a head cook. She was a member of Oak Street Baptist Church in Flora.
Rosie enjoyed playing cards, fishing, camping, quilting, having her family around her, and being with others at Golden Circle Nutrition. She loved Snuggles, Timmy and her family.
Surviving is her son: Bob Koehler; five grandchildren: Terri Coble, Jerrie Haynes, Sherrie Kittle, Robin Corry, and Robert Koehler; sixteen great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband (Charles), two brothers (Orville & Clarence Brown), and three sisters (Neva Tolliver, Ocie Ooton & Anna Parker).
Funeral services were held at Frank & Bright Funeral Home with burial in Orchard Hill Cemetery, Louisville.
Memorials was given to that of the donor's choice.
