Mrs. Hazel Ethel Hoffman, 69, wife of Grant L. Hoffman, died at her home, 216 Frederick Street, Tuesday morning. She was born and reared in Clear Spring district and was the daughter of the late James and Jennie Dennis Hull.

She had been living in Hagerstown for the past 40 years. She was a member of Grace EUB Church.

Besides her husband, she is survived by daughter Mrs. Betty Vaughn, Hagerstown; sons, Nevin V., at home; Henry L., Rockville; brother, Paul E. Hull, Cearfoss; a number of nieces and nephews also survive.

The body was removed to the funeral home of A. K. Coffman where services will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Laverne Rohrbaugh and the Rev. Dr. Earl Redding officiating with burial in Rest Haven Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 7 to 9.
