Nellie P. Cary of Fort Collins passed away on January 6, 2010 at the McKee Medical Center Hospice Unit. She was born on November 23, 1913 in Canne, OK, to Floyd and Alpha (Dry) Hughes. She was married to James F. Cary, whom passed away on December 8, 1967. She later married Chris Webb whom passed away on December 5, 1996.She was retired from Colorado State University. Nellie was a member of the First Christian Church, the Rebekah Lodge, and the Panty Parlor. She was an avid sports fan of the Rockies, Broncos, Nuggets, and the Avalanche, along with the CSU Rams. She enjoyed fishing, traveling, reading and crossword puzzles.

She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, 1 sister, a daughter, Shirley Andersen, and 1 grandson.

She is survived by children, James A. (Kathy) Cary of Longmont, Viki (Robert) Thiele of Farmington, NM, Lowell (Susie) Cary of Fort Collins, son-in-law, Lee Andersen of Genoa, CO, 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, with a reception to follow in the Resthaven Reception Center.
