Born July 27, 1940 in Dane, Wisconsin to the late Roman George Huggins and Alice Wood Winchester, she was a homemaker raising three children and was a Certified OMC parts manger having worked with East Coast Marine and Coastal Marine. Mrs. Fosnow was also employed by Crescent Equipment and Tuffy's Texaco. She was a member of Townsend Baptist Church and enjoyed her family and sewing. She was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Fosnow.
Survivors include a son, William D. Fosnow and wife Terri, two daughters, Michelle Fosnow – Williams and Jeanette Bond and husband Sterling all of Townsend, seven grandchildren, Heidi Marquez, Rachel Fosnow, Jennifer Fosnow, Kristin Williams, Hunter Bond, Falyn Bond and Cameron Bond, three great grandchildren, Mattie Rose Coen, William James Dean Prior and Jaxson Marquez.
