McLEAN - Opal M. Hugg, 83, died Wednesday, March 10, 1999.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today in First Baptist Church with the Rev. James Martindale and Pastor Z.A. Myers officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery by Lamb Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hugg was born in Madill, Okla., and had lived in McLean most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church and Fidelis Sunday School Class.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Paul Hugg, in 1954.
Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Hugg of Amarillo and June Stone of Sulphur Springs; three sons, William Gerald Hugg of DeLeon, Harold Hugg of Channing and Terry Hugg of Amarillo; a sister, Narvis Russell of Alma, Ark.; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorials be to First Baptist Church of McLean.
The body will be available for viewing from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. today at Lamb Funeral Home.
