HUFNAGEL, ADA MILLER, 83, of Louisville, passed away on Monday, December 25, 2006 at her home. She was born October 10, 1923 in Jasper, IN, to Joseph and Bernadine Kluesner Miller. She attended St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School, graduated from Jasper High School in 1941, and married LeRoy S. Hufnagel on October 2, 1948. He preceded her in death on May 30, 1982. She was also preceded in death by her son, Gregory Alan Hufnagel on May 14, 2005 from heart failure; brothers, Ralph "Lefty" and Floyd "Lou" Miller; and sisters, Elfreda Loechte and Delma Miller. Ada was the sole surviving member of the Miller children. She was employed for 24 years at AA Fire Sprinkler Co., where she retired at the age of 80. She was a member of the St. Clement Catholic Church and VFW Millcreek Post 542. She is survived by her son, Keith Edward Hufnagel; daughter-in-law, Sue Hufnagel of Lexington, KY; two grandsons, Mark and Bart Hufnagel of Lexington, KY; and several nieces and nephews. Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 8 East Maple Street, Dale, IN, with burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Dale, IN. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph's Church in Dale, IN, or the Mass of the Air in Louisville, KY.
