Mrs. Hazel K. Barrett, of 2818 N. Sixteenth St. died at 4 p.m., Oct. 28, 1953, at Memorial hospital where she had been a medical patient since Oct. 23. She was 64 years old.

Mrs. Barrett was born Sept. 9, 1889 in Decatur.

She had been a resident of Springfield for 41 years.

She was a member of Concordia Lutheran church.

Surviving are her husband, Lester; a daughter, Mrs. Edna Farnam, Springfield; and a sister, Mrs. Ora Hite, Huntington, Ind.

Services were at Kirlin & Egan Funeral Home. Additional services were at Concordia Lutheran church.

Burial was in Roselawn Memorial Park.
