Mrs. Delos Armistead
Mrs. Danie Hudgins Armistead, wife of Mr. Delos Armistead of Susan, died at her home, following a long illness, on Sunday night.
Mrs. Armistead was the daughter of the late William Hudgins of New Point. She was a member of St. Paul's church and beloved and respected in her community. She was 39 years of age.
Funeral services were conducted at St. Paul's on Tuesday afternoon by Rev. J. D. Hosier and interment made in the cemetery there. A large crowd of sorrowing friends and relatives were in attendance.
