A homemaker, Mrs. Coulter was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church, Morrisdale R.D.
She married Elmer J. Coulter, who preceded her in death on Feb. 2, 1960.
Surviving are these children, Ora Lansberry of Newark, N.Y.; Mrs. Mabel Goss of Kylertown, Mrs. Edna Shaw of Wallacetion, Robert Coulter and Mrs. Pauline Bell, both of Morrisdale R.D.
Also surviving are 14 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Coulter was the last of her generation. In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, one daughter, one grandchild, three great-grandchildren, six brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel of the Strange and Weaver Home for Funerals, Morrisdale, with Rev. Charles J. Cockriell and Rev. Norman Marden officiating.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday and until the time of services Tuesday at the funeral home.
The family suggest memorial contributions may be made to the Fairview United Methodist Church.
