Charlie Huber, 72, formerly of Evansville, died Dec. 15 in Tulsa, Okla.

He retired as deputy sheriff and was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Surviving are his wife, Geraldine; five daughters, Starr Lacey of Salina, Okla., Dusty McKinney of Peggs, Okla., Joy Hook and Dawn Huber, both of Tulsa, and Tina Jarvis of Evansville; two step daughters, Benda Barneck of Dallas and Paul Wilderson of Tulsa; three sons, Rusty of Tulsa, Rocky of Bug, La., and Stoney D. of Locust Grove, Okla.; two stepsons, Michael Moore of VanBuren, Ark., and Terry Cassady of Pawnee, Okla.; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Graveside services and burial were in Fort Smith.
