LEBANON - Doris H. Bishop, 78, of 1616 Fieldcrest Road died Tuesday in Good Samaritan Hospital. She was a member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Annville branch of American Association of University Women, Lebanon Woman's Club, Lebanon Country Club, American Cancer Society board, Lebanon County Girl Scout Council and South Central Pennsylvania Health Planning Council; was past president of Good Samaritan Hospital Auxiliary and Oakview Home Board of Trustees; past vice president of Central Pennsylvania Region of Hospital Auxiliaries; and a graduate of the University of Michigan. Surviving are her husband, Vernon Bishop; a son, Thomas Craig Bishop of Ridgefield, Conn.; her father, Jay Vankirk Hoyt of Easton; and a grandson. Services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow in her church. Burial will be in Grand View Memorial Park, North Annville Twp. Viewing will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today in Rohland Funeral Home.
