Mrs. Harriet Agnes Houk Book, aged 78 years, of Wampum, died this morning at 1:30 o'clock at her home on Main street from complications of lengthy duration. Mrs. Book was the widow of S.S. Book, who preceded her in death 12 years ago.
She was a member of the Wampum Presbyterian church and had resided in the town for 33 years.
Surviving her are the following children: Mrs. Anna Kay, Wampum; Clarence Book, Wampum, and Emery Book, Youngstown. Two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Wilt, Franklin and Mrs. Susan Book, Wampum; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren survive.
Funeral services will be held from the Marshall funeral home in Wampum Friday at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev. J. Greer Bingham, pastor of the Wampum Presbyterian church, in charge. Interment will be in Clinton cemetery.
The body will be at the late home on Main street up until 12:30 p.m. on Friday. It will be removed to the funeral parlors at that hour.
