Lucille Houghton Faulkner of Caitlin St., Auburn, died Monday. Born in Sennett,
she was a retired telephone operator for AT&T and previously worked at General
Electric and New York Telephone. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of
America and volunteered for RSVP and the Merry Go Round Theater in Auburn.
Surviving are: her husband Richard J. Faulkner; her sister Lorraine (Lester)
Weir of Auburn; stepchildren, Robert (Carol) Faulkner of W. Palm Beach, FL,
Donald (MaryEllen) Faulkner of Leonard, ME, and Ann (John) Pennell of Rochester;
step-grandchildren, Jason and Sarah Faulkner, Matthew Pennell; and
step-great-grandson Logan Faulkner.
Services 11 a.m. Friday at the Robert D. Gray Funeral Home, Skaneateles. Burial
in Lake View Cemetery, Skaneateles. Calling hours 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the
funeral home, 49 Jordan St.
