Margaret Silvis Horrell, 83, of Blairsville RD4, died Friday, Sept. 3, 1982, at her home. A daughter of John and Mary Jones Silvis, she was born July 21, 1899, at Strangford.
Mrs. Horrell was a member of the Strangford United Methodist Church and the Ladies Aide Society of that church. She lived her entire life in Strangford.
Surviving are a son, Edgar S. of Blairsville RD4; a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Helen) Libengood of Blairsville RD4; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren, in December, 1978; two brothers: George and Ed; and two sisters: Nellie and Bessie.
