COLLIER
In loving memory of my dear mother,
Mrs. Annie M. Collier,
who passed away one year ago,
March 10, 1942.

A light is from our household gone,
A voice we loved is stilled
A place is vacant in our home
Which never can be filled.
Some may think you are forgotten
Though on earth you are no more;
But in memory you are with us
As you always were before.

What would we give her hand to clasp,
Her patient face to see.
To hear her voice, to see her smile,
As in the days that used to be.
But some sweet day we'll meet again
Beyond the toil and strife.
And clasp each other's hand once more,
In Heaven, that happy life.

We do not forget her, we love her too dearly,
For her memory to fade from our lives like a dream;
Our lips need not speak when our hearts mourn sincerely.
For grief often dwells where it seldom is seen.

Her loving daughter
Mrs. Clarence P. Tarr
