She was born in Springfield on Dec. 28, 1892, the daughter of M.B. and Mary Jane Constant Horn. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Flower City Chapter Order of the Eastern Star, and Royal Neighbors of America.
She was preceded in death by a son, Albert Cochran, in 1985. She is survived by a niece, Rosemary Gruendike of Springfield.
Services at Christ Episcopal Church, with the Rev. Hobart H. Heistand officiating. Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
