Services for Olen Horne, 75, of the County Line community will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Chapel of Broadway Church of Christ with Harvie M. Pruitt and Bill Starcher officiating.
Services are under the direction of Rix Funeral Directors.
He died on Thursday, March 8, 2001.
He was born on March 3, 1926. on the family farm in the County Line community. He farmed his entire life in the area. He married Fauncine Fite on April 25, 1951, in Lubbock. He graduated from Abernathy High School. He served in the Army during World War II. He was a member of Broadway Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Varric of San Angelo, Quentin of Venice, Fla., and Jon of Lubbock; a daughter, Donna Ham of Lubbock; two sisters, Rachel Hunter of Shallowater and Erlene Couch of Anton; and seven grandchildren.
