Ada Hopkins Beheler, 92, of Friendship Manor, Roanoke, and formerly of Bassett, died Saturday, Nov. 8, 2003, at Lewis-Gale Hospital in Roanoke.
She was born in Endicott on Nov. 25, 1910, a daughter of James Hopkins and Nora Ella Hopkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Alexander Beheler.
She was a clerk at the Family Dollar Stores and was of the Primitive Baptist faith.
Surviving are two sons, C. Wendal "Winky" Beheler of Bassett and Emmett Richard Amos of Salem; one sister, Mamie Stump of Salem; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Collins Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Roselawn Burial Park.
