ANKENEY, Barbara Ann Age 82, a resident of Miamisburg, passed away on Friday, August 10, 2007 at Hospice of Dayton. Barbara was born on March 14, 1925 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late James Edward & Ethel (Allen) Hoover.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sister's and 3 brother's. Barbara is survived by her husband Sherl, to whom she was married for 64 years.; 2 sons, Edward (Pam) Ankeney, Michael (Pat) Ankeney, all of Miamisburg; a daughter, Beth Ann (Bill) Todd of Moraine; 7 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. She was a graduate of Cincinnati Hughes High School, class of 1943. Barbara was past president of Miamisburg Helping Hands and was a faithful and active member of First Church of God, Heincke Rd. where she served on numerous committees.
Funeral Services from the First Church of God, 446 N. Heincke Rd., Miamisburg. Burial, Highland Memorial Cemetery. Friends may call at the church until the time of service.
