Norman Leigh Hooper, second child and second son, was born to Lewis Dana Hooper and Ethel (Lawrence) Hooper on October 12, 1918 at the St. Francis Hospital in Hartford Connecticut. From birth he had a mitral lesion of the heart, and also had trouble assimilating food. He died seven weeks later on December 3, 1918 at his home, 15 Hooker Court, Bristol, Connecticut. A service was held at his parents home on the afternoon of December 4th. He was buried that same day in the family plot at West Cemetery in Plainville, CT. Internment was by E. H. Funk, Undertaker.
