Note: There is another Sarah A Ball in Oakdale Cemetery Leetonia w/o William W Ball. Aug 27, 2012 - belive Sarah Hooker Ball is buried in Oakdale at above link making Lisbon cemetery as noted on death certificate incorrect.

The only caveat is Sarah Ann Hooker Ball's birthdate - based on all of the available Census records (esp. 1900), I believe her birthdate is much more likely to be Nov. 16, 1843 (rather than 1848) - so she was likely 95 years old when she died! But everything else seems to check out.
P.S. I'd be great if someone in the area could track down the graves of her parents: John & Barbara (Jones) Hooker. ;)
(Unfortunately, I suspect William's parents, David & Rachel (McCoy) Ball, were buried in Iowa...)
