Deceased Name: Agnes H. Holman

Agnes Hazel Holman died July 21, 2001. She was 83.
Born Oct. 26, 1917, in Sentinel Butte, N.D., she lived in South County for 54 years.
She was a teacher in the Highline School District at Madrona Elementary School for 30 years before retiring in 1977. She taught the blind and visually handicapped.
She was a member of the Church by the Side of the Road, enjoyed Garden Club, Sewing Club and church activities.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Holman, and brothers Raymond, Kenneth, George and James Mohn.
She is survived by sons Virgil J. Holman, Ralph A. Holman and Lloyd Holman; sister Gladys M. Terry; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m. today at Marlatt Funeral Home. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. tomorrow at Marlatt Funeral Home. Burial will be at Hillcrest Burial Park in Kent.
